What is the Life Care Benefit?
As Nevada's only Life Plan Community (also known as a continuing care retirement community or CCRC), Las Ventanas at Summerlin offers independent living residents the security of the Life Care Benefit. Should your health care needs change over time, this benefit provides you with the security of access to advanced health care services—including assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care—all on one campus at a predictable cost.
Additionally, a portion of your entrance fee is rebatable to you, your heirs or your estate. And, if you outlive your financial resources through no fault of your own, you’ll be able to stay at Las Ventanas and receive the care you need through our benevolence fund.
