Am I eligible?

To be eligible for an apartment in our community, at least one of the applicants must be 55 years or older at the time of application. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two persons per bedroom.

For those qualifying at 50% of Area Median Income, monthly rents start at $850 for a Studio and $1,050 for a 1-bedroom.
For those qualifying at 60% of Area Median Income, monthly rents start at $980 for a Studio and $1,170 for a 1-bedroom.
